Hello and welcome to Little Swan Counseling & Wellness, PLLC! Little Swan is an entirely online-based psychotherapy and life coaching private practice in Illinois. I currently work with Headway, Talkspace, & GrowTherapy in providing therapy to adults, 18 years old+, for individual therapy sessions. I am currently an in-network provider with the following insurance providers:

Life Coaching is available for private pay rates and is provided through HIPAA-compliant live video sessions with Doxy.Me.

Hello! My name is Joshua Connor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in Illinois. I provide online mental health counseling and life coaching to individuals 18 years old and older. I understand the amount of strength and courage it takes to not only reach out for help but also in finding someone you feel comfortable enough in sharing your story with. I take a holistic approach to mental health and work with you to identify your strengths in the healing process to help promote on-going change and growth. I am currently accepting new patients for private pay and insurance paid sessions. I currently work with Grow Therapy, TalkSpace, Headway, & Doxy to provide secure video sessions.


I believe in a patient-centered, holistic approach in providing counseling and in treating everyone with with the utmost courtesy, respect, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and mindfulness techniques- all tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.
